Known locally as Steenboksboegoe, this essential oil is steam-distilled from sustainably wild-harvested Agathosma bisulca, an indigenous fynbos shrub that grows across the high mountain slopes of the Cederberg. During the flowering season, its small white blossoms and bright citrus fragrance perfume the mountain air, making it one of the most recognisable scents encountered while walking through the Cederberg.
